What is an electric power-assisted bike?
An electric power-assisted bike is not a motorcycle: it is, first of all, a bicycle, and you still need to pedal. However, the bicycle is equipped with an electric motor which makes all the difference. If and when needed, the motor provides assistance and helps you move forward without you having to provide too much effort.
It lifts the physical and moral barriers of outdoor enthusiasts who hesitate before booking a bike ride. This bicycle will enable you to travel greater distances in less time, and without too much effort. You can choose the difficulty of your ride with the electronic motors integrated into the bike, so you don't even have to be an experienced rider. We have used our local knowledge to map out the best routes in the area for cycling and have created trails that travel mostly through the sugarcane fields and along the forests. Our trails are mainly off road, so you will not encounter traffic. You will have the opportunity to see the sugarcane harvesting , wild animals such as deer, wild boars, wild rabbits , monkeys ans bats, small local villages and rivers. ElectroBike is one of the best ways to see Mauritius , off the beaten track.
