These biscuits, available in various flavours, are made following a traditional method, which has remained unchanged since its creation over 140 years ago. The guided tour at the factory includes freshly made biscuits coming from the production.

Lunch in a typical local restaurant dedicated to authentic, traditional Creole cuisine at Karay Mario. Dishes are narration of Mauritius history, culture and passion for good food.

After lunch, discover the remarkable work carried out by the professionals of the Wild Life Foundation at Ile aux Aigrettes, a Nature Reserve anchored meters off the south east coast of Mauritius. With an expert guide leading the way, walk along the rugged trail and discover the unique population made up of rare endemic species of the Mauritian flora and fauna.
