First stop is at the market of Port -Louis with its local and colorful display of fruits, vegetables and spices.
Followed by a short walk in the capital to indulge in the hustling and bustling of the city.
Then drive to Rose-Hill, one of the mostly populated town, Lutchmee a typical Hindu housewife will share with you the secrets of the inevitable dholl puri, an Indian pancake.
Lunch will be served at a Mauritian Family at Phoenix, the traditional meal of Hindu marriage served on banana leaves with 7 different dishes.
The last stop will be a spiritual break in a Tamil temple in Rose Hill before finishing the day with a stop nearby in the town folkloric center to discover the old shops and some shopping possible.
