After buying fresh local products at the "Bazaar" of Curepipe, you cook your meal using the utensils of yesteryear.

Presentation by the Chef

  • What is a kitchen brigade?

  • How to work in a brigade?

  • The presentation of the dishes to be prepared during the session

  • The explications and recommendations of the Chef

 

Itinerary

  • Upon arrival, each team will be given a list of items to purchase, money and a basket ‘panier bazar’.

  • Then proceed to the local bazar for purchasing (accompanied by the Chef )

 

Back to le Domaine des Aubineaux for the preparation of the dishes

  • Discovery of the local products

  • Preparation of the dishes

  • Set up of the plates

  • Tasting of the dishes prepared by each team

  • Tasting of the rum of Saint Aubin

  • Pawpaw puff pastry
